ONS has been the most important energy conference since 1974. Now, 50 years after its inception, the concerence is perhaps more important than ever, because if we’re to succeed with the energy transition, we depend on talking to each other and working together. We need new ideas and approaches, and we need to challenge each other. We must search for better, in everything we do.
This year, we invited internal and external speakers to participate in dialogue sessions on various topics related to the energy industry, such as: energy transition, low carbon solutions, innovation and technology, emission reduction, energy security, regulations, and policies.
In the TechTALKS our experts shared insights on how Equinor harnesses AI to unlock new resources, planning and operations, how we work with robots and drones under the watersurface, above water and up in the sky and how Standard Lithium and Equinor are maturing lithium projects. They also shed light on how Equinor is transforming the future of supply chains with 3D printing.

We hosted debates with politicians, climate organizations and Equinor on the stage. Presented tech solutions and people working on technology revolutionizing the energy transition, served tasty foods and had a Science Circus!
Our CEO dissected the role of fossil fuels in the future energy mix, we welcomed many students for a social gathering including food and drinks and some of our graduates shared their experiences working at Equinor and being a part of the graduate community.
ONS invite experts on energy and technology in their podcasts. The aim is to communicate unique views on the new world of energy.
Join Equinor's Ã…shild Hanne Larsen, VP Subsurface Excellence & Digital, who shares her perspectives and experiences as a leader in the energy industry and advocate for diversity.
Also listen to Insights from experts: Dr. Tatiana Mitrova & Equinor's Eirik Wærness where they dissect geopolitics' impact on the energy sector.
