Equinor completes the 10 percent stake of Ørsted
Equinor has completed the acquisition of 10 percent of the shareholding in Ørsted A/S (“Ørsted”) as announced on 7 October 2024.
Equinor strengthens its position in the Norwegian Sea
Equinor has signed an agreement to acquire Sval Energi’s 11.8% share in the Halten East Unit. With this acquisition, Equinor increases its ownership to 69.5%.
Equinor acquires a 9.8% minority stake in Ørsted
