EquinorTALKS @ ONS 2024

Bringing CCS forward as a solution for emitters in Europe

Low carbon technologies are essential in decarbonizing Europe, specifically in the heat, transport and power sectors. We need a broad set of measures and solutions to reduce emissions sufficiently. Large scale carbon capture and storage (CCS) is an important solution for decarbonization, and a part of the climate solution.

The CCS industry is still in an early phase but maturing fast. In this session we will learn more about CCS.

What will it take to succeed? And how can we secure infrastructure for transport and storage solutions of the future? How do we develop CCS as a solution for emitters in Europe and as a profitable business opportunity?

Watch the session via our stream here at Equinor.com or at our stand in the ONS exhibition area in Hall 8.
